"Candidate on a High Horse"

I just joined this Board, and have to say that I hope AllieBaba does not represent the level of this forum. He made totally a banal statement ("Obama's a liar and he thinks the American people are stupid, and he sympathizes with terrorists"), and when ReillyT asked a perfectly legitimate question, AllieBaba dismissed it as "juvenile".

I, too, would like an explanation of your unsupported assertion. And back it up, if you can.

There are some tossers, but there are some good people, too. Welcome aboard.

And Allie baby always does things like that when she gets shown up or can't answer a question. It's all she's got. ;)

I know he does, but he doesn't want to be labeled as one. Because he knows people don't like liberals, and he'll lose the election if people "know". So he's a liar, a liberal, and he thinks he can hoodwink people.
"Oh, he's liberal, he's liberal," Obama said, mimicking his critics. "Let me tell you something. There's nothing liberal about wanting to reduce money in politics. That is common sense. There's nothing liberal about wanting to make sure [our soldiers] are treated properly when they come home . . . . There's nothing liberal about wanting to make sure that everybody has healthcare. We are spending more on healthcare in this country than any other advanced country, but we've got more uninsured. There's nothing liberal about saying that doesn't make sense, and we should so something smarter with our healthcare system."

Every thing he says in that is a lie. Bringing soldiers home is a liberal thing; and "treating our soldiers properly" is just a mask for that, since his policies would undercut military spending (so he was lying). Yes, it's a liberal desire to provide everybody with health care and make the government pay for it.

You are fucking hilarious.

No, he was sneering at people who dare to label him as liberal. And I love how libs will justify any idiocy their candidates make by trying to tell people what they "really" mean when they talk.
