California Worst State for Retirees

It depends on the quantum dynamics of the quantum mechanics. From my perspective, we have a mixed-market economy not true capitalism or true socialism, but part capitalism and part socialism. That amount of mixture is enumerated by our social Contract and Constitution.

In any case, the right wing is more prone to use capitalism to punish than to improve our social welfare infrastructure.

Some on the left believe in equal protection of the law in order to advance the Cause of our modern day, civil rights.

An alloy of capitalism with just the right soupçon of socialism was the recipe that made our economy the strongest in modern history during the postwar era.
We're witnessing the wholesale destruction of that right now.
The Right keeps pointing to the stock market as an indicator of economic health, ignoring the fact that working class people don't have stock market investments.

Approximately 63% of Americans have no emergency savings for things such as a $1,000 emergency room visit or a $500 car repair, and are basically one lost paycheck or catastrophic illness away from the street.
World War Two made our economy the greatest in the world. Don’t get too confused over that.

Thanks these revisionist history morons always think WWII didn't have nothing to do with the middle class
GI Bill one of biggest factors in the building of an American middle-class.

That helped but the biggest thing no damn competition, the world was in ruins, we didn't have the EPA , all the rules and regulations we have now a days a soldier returning home could start a machine shop ect...in his garage and build a million dollar empire I know a bunch personally who did it

We rose to the top because Europe and Asia were in ruins or political turmoil. But, American drive and ingenuity played a huge role as well.

Our veterans today return to a fast paced, give me convenience or give me death ungracious society. Typical Americans take the path of least possible resistance and get their participation trophy.

Tears me up too...

What's funny is these liberals in California or in New York can't understand why we can't stand them ..it's so damn obvious if they wake up , grow up from their indoctrination..

We are a nation that welcomes any one with in the rules of our immagration policies..tie up your work boots and make something out of your self , that's all we ask ..

Don't expect to be babysit from craddle to grave..

Don't twist the Constitution to get your way.

Grow the fuck up.

Agreed...they expect certain privileges from life. My birth certificate never entitled me to shit. Ironically liberals, who always want to scream about “their rights” do not care about the rights of babies in a mothers womb.

Socialism had to, "save the day"?

California number one recipient...
States That Get The Most Federal Money

That does not in any way change the fact that California, and most blue states GIVE OUT more than they receive. Of COURSE California takes IN the most, it is the most populous state, 40 million people. But we pay OUT more in taxes and get less BACK in return.

Not individually fuck head if you itemize...red States pay their fair share blue states don't
Blue States tend to be donor States, unlike allegedly low tax, welfare queen Red States.

Red state people drive pickup trucks and work everyday. We don’t have time nor the inclination to be victims of “the man.”
Whined about a lack of monoculturalism during our National Anthem, lately?

Just socialism bailing out capitalism, like usual.

Blue states are broke financially and morally. Detrimental to the nation. They “donate shit.” They have large populations. Only reason they pay more taxes.

Wrong again communist.

Californians can’t survive without yoga, therapy sessions, and a social safety net...we think differently in the South...

It is practically a moral obligation of the north, to bailout the south, with Yankee forms of ingenuity, whenever practicable.

Yankee forms of ingenuity? What would that be? Welfare state? Gay pride parades? Murder of unborn?

Only in right wing fantasy, not political reality.

You make it seem like the left are the bad ones; the right wing engages in creating the "hellish conditions of a Warfare-State on Earth", on a for-profit basis.

I recently asked a Trump supporter if, upon hearing indisputable proof that Trump actively worked with Russians to undermine our electoral process, if he would withdraw his support. His answer was "no", because it didn't affect him.
Just think about that for a moment. They're more than willing to subvert the democratic process in order to get what they want, and what they want is Donald Trump.
I've asked Trump supporters if they would rethink their love of the man if it was indisputably proven that he had engaged in obstruction of justice.
Same answer, they don't care, it doesn't affect them directly.
How about if it is proven that he engaged in money laundering?
Same answer, they don't care.
How about if all three, and more?
Still doesn't matter to them, they really don't care how guilty Trump is, of any crimes.

We've heard Trump supporters threaten civil war if he goes bye-bye.
And we've already heard plenty of people utter "if not the ballot box, the bullet box."
That means they are willing to resort to genocide if they can't win either,
That means they are willing to resort to violence if justice and the rule of law removes Trump and his administration from the White House

We have the internet now.
Everything Trump supporters say is now recorded and available to their opponents in every election for the rest of their lives.
When this is all over and Trump is gone and pretty universally despised, these people will be forever seen as attacking the forces of the rule of law over and over again. Their political lives will be over. The history books will label them all traitors.

And as for the threats of civil war, bring it on, bitches.
If the American people begin to realize what it is Trump and his supporters truly stand for, they will fight, and they will win.
