Is there a video of this stuff stopping an .06 AP bullet? I'm highly skeptical.
Whoah...that's a game changer (and not necessarily all for the good). While this is great for law enforcement and military the fact that it turns the bullet to dust is a serious problem. That leaves no opportunity for ballistic tests to see if a round matches a particular firearm.
