Charges have nothing to do with the claim of attempting an overthrow of the US Gov't, when to do this, you need something other than a pistol or two, fire extinguishers and what not. You and your cronies are attempting to say these 'heavily armed people' could defeat the US armed forces.

Had they succeeded in stopping the certification of the election, and killing the "line of succession", Trump could have indeed declared "marshall law", and stopped the Inauguration. To what degree he would have been successful in overturning the election and remaining in power, we'll never know. Thank God.
