Brave 10-year-old Girl Reports Man In Women’s Restroom

Proves its straight men that are the problem.

NOT transgenders.

No shit? What do you think we've been telling you since this garbage started? Nobody gives a rat's ass about your perverts....it's our women who you're trying to put at risk from males on the make, moron.

Here's the challenge all the loons refuse to address

What legal principle is being used that allows one male in while excluding the other male?

You must LEGALLY exclude all or exclude none.

Proves its straight men that are the problem.

NOT transgenders.

But, this is way over the heads of the nutters.
Transgender doesn't mean gay. They can be straight, gay or bisexual.Transgender are just like everyone else and capable of all the good and bad things everyone else is capable of doing.

Quit treating Transgender people like they aren't human beings.

a pregnant person needs to use the bathroom, which should they use?

A woman being arrested for looking too male?

where does it end?
Really? A male who looks that preganant? Guy's got more problems than which potty to use.

There is a man that carried and gave birth to three children with his wife. At the time of at least two of the births, he had a beard and mustache.

You should not judge others, but learn to accept differences and people of all types.

If you woke up in the body of the opposite gender, would you just behave like that gender or try to tell everyone you are in the wrong body?

A fluctuation of hormones in the womb while the brain is developing creates a brain of the opposite gender. You can't yet legally transplant a brain till next year, but you can change the body so you feel and look more like you see yourself. It is a long process, but it begins by living as the gender and being treated by other as that gender. SRS is the final step.

If the person was pregnant and gave birth they were female. Male humans can not reproduce, no matter how much they say they can.

I told you guys that the law doesnt stop anyone from reporting a dude in the womens room. Plus this has nothing to do with Trans....unless you referring to the Transfat with a beard that this guy resembles.

Bigot !
Nazi !
Hitler !

Originality isnt you guys strong suit. You're only the 40th fool to follow. Congrats

Those are women with fake dicks.

Post the link to the article showing men that have given birth.

BTW, if you put corvette emblems on a Pinto, you are selling a Pinto, not a Corvette

Legally, they had transitioned.

You idiot, if they were men they would have no parts that would produce a child.

Do you not understand the implications of your contention?

Start with Roe V. Wade

constitutional right to privacy...............

You can't be serious?

>>Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), is a landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court on the issue of abortion. It was decided simultaneously with a companion case, Doe v. Bolton. The Court ruled 7–2 that a right to privacy under the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment extended to a woman's decision to have an abortion, but that this right must be balanced against the state's two legitimate interests in regulating abortions: protecting women's health and protecting the potentiality of human life.[1] Arguing that these state interests became stronger over the course of a pregnancy, the Court resolved this balancing test by tying state regulation of abortion to the third trimester of pregnancy.<<

>>
The degree of legal recognition provided to transgenderism varies widely throughout the world. Many countries now legally recognise sex reassignments by permitting a change of legal gender on an individual's birth certificate. Many transsexual people have permanent surgery to change their body, Sexual Reassignment Sugery (SRS) or semi-permanently change their body by hormonal means, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). In many countries, some of these modifications are required for legal recognition. In a few, the legal aspects are directly tied to health care; i.e. the same bodies or doctors decide whether a person can move forward in their treatment, and the subsequent processes automatically incorporate both matters.

In some jurisdictions, transgender people (who are considered non-transsexual) can benefit from the legal recognition given to transsexual people. In some countries, an explicit medical diagnosis of "transsexualism" is (at least formally) necessary. In others, a diagnosis of "gender dysphoria," or simply the fact that one has established a non-conforming gender role, can be sufficient for some or all of the legal recognition available. The DSM-V recognizes Gender Dysphoria as the official diagnoses.<<

The difference is, now the perv has a right to be in that bathroom. He got that right because once the trans was allowed in, so was he.

Well, of course thats not true but I can see you're not interested in what things really are. He is not trans.

Wrong. He simply has to "identify" as a trans, or to be more "comfortable" in using a womans room.

Who are you to make the determination of what a person feels?

Mark

He can Identify anything. Hell he can say he's a dentist but that doesnt mean you have to open your mouth dummy. If you see this guy and let him give you some crap about Identifing as a woman and you go for it, you're stupid and obviously will let anyone tell you anything and you're unable to think on your own.

My brain would see the difference between what he says and his appearance to make a judgement on truth vs lies. I see now that you just go with what people tell you. I'm the queen on England.:2up:

You insensitive Neanderthal bastard how dare you!!!

He identifies as a woman dressed as a man, what the fuck is wrong with you? of course he can use the women's bathroom

Men have breasts, women get mastectomies

Men might have penis, or have one that does not work. Prostate cancer could mean castration, then where should they pee?

It should not matter what the person looks like, but what they are inside, in their brain.
You think a man that is castrated due to cancer suddenly feels and acts like a woman?
You think women who "looks" male should be denied access to the girls room?

Not your job to decide which bathroom a person uses. Mens room are more dangerous than a womans room.
