Booming Israel Economy

OMG! A Chilean official blasts Israelite tourists. That does it. Israel is doomed.
One can only hope. Chile is a far superior culture to IsNtReal.
You Duhmericants wouldn't understand. Most have only been out of the shithole they grew up(older) in but a few times.

Crappy Chile is just a couple hundred years young.

Israel dates back 3000+ years.

Would you like to tell me how the USA is falling apart because it loans money not only to Israel but to many other countries in the world, countries which give back to the US tax payers as much as Israel does?

If you, as a US taxpayer, want the US government to stop loaning money to Israel, should it also stop loaning or giving money to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UN, Gaza, the PA and many others?

What is the US getting back for loaning or giving as much as it does to any of these countries, and others?

Or is it only Israel you want the US to stop loaning money to?

NC can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure he holds Ron Paul's position… which is that we shouldn't be giving money to Israel OR its neighbors. Ron Paul wrote a good article on this topic one time… and if he is correct, he brings up a very good point. He said we actually give more money to Israel's enemies (overall), so if we stop giving money to ALL those countries, it would be a net benefit to Israel. I want to verify that though, to find out if it's true.

One thing is for sure, we shouldn't be meddling in other nations' affairs, especially when the public is being lied to, and the reasons we're over there are different than what people are being told.

※→ Likkmee, et al,

I'm not sure how you come-up with this. The NAZI's (the one time National Socialist German Workers' Party members) are constituent political party members of a single foreign state; whereas Microsoft is (now) a very large business-centric entity operating internationally --- in a corporate innovator and technologies developer. This is a case of trying to compare "rocks and gravel" versus "fruits & vegetables." While both groups exist in the same environment, "rocks and gravel" are not dependent on "fruits & vegetables" to exist. One is not regenerative (not consisting of or deriving from living matter) and the other is (derived from living matter).

Microsoft. More Nazi control freaks
(QUESTION)

Few people will deny that Computer Software and Information Technologies have changed the face of humanity and advanced our species.

What comparison or association are you making relative to "NAZi's?"

Most Respectfully,
R

It is true we give more financial aid to Israel's enemies than to Israel. And this trend must end as it is detrimental for both the USA & Israel.

Israel did not exist. The state we now call Israel has only existed since 1948.

Biblical tales and ancient history, other than showing a limited connection, is not relevant when discussing contemporary sovereignty. It is estimated that Israel only existed from 141BC to 63BC. That only lasted until Pompey the Great conquered the entire region of Palestine. From that pint on, there were no Hebrew/Jewish Sovereigns until, as Coyote says → 1948.

You, too, are ignorant of the subject matter. You write gibberish

Israel’s pre-modern existence prior to the state of Israel, ca 1200 BCE, is verified by the archaeological record. Archaeology doesn’t lie.

Jesus is called King of Israel in the Bible, and other references to “the land of Israel” and “cities of Israel” appear in the New Testament because the land was called Israel by the indigenous Jewish population which included Christian evangelists who wrote the New Testament text.

Ancient “shekels of Israel’ dated about 2000 years ago are further archaeological evidence

The indigenous Jewish Nation continued to call their land Israel to today. In fact, coins minted by Britain in the British Mandate that lasted until 1948 are inscribed with “Land of Israel” in Hebrew.

You have no idea what you’re talking about. Roman Emperor Hadrian renamed Israel “palestine” or “palaestina” In 135 AD. Jesus died about 30 AD. Palestine does not appear in the Bible as it was a foreign name.

Jews established sovereignty over Israel 3000+ years ago and foreign occupations, all defunct, do not result in termination of Jews’ continual sovereignty.

In point of fact, Israel is the only historically legitimate name of the land since antiquity to today

You write much gibberish.

2017 (this year) + 63 BC (last year of Israel ) = 2080 years ago.

Next to Sicily, the Middle East was one of the most often conquered regions in the ancient world.
  • 3000BC -- Canaanites inhabit Palestine
  • 1125BC -- Israelites conquer the Canaanites
  • 1050BC -- Philistines conquer Israelites.
  • 1000BC -- Under King David, Israelites conquer Philistines and establish the nation of Israel. After his son, King Solomon dies, Israel becomes divided: the north becoming Israel and the south becoming Judah.
  • 722BC -- Israel falls to Assyria
  • 586BC -- Babylon captures Judah -- This defeat resulted in the destruction of Jerusalem and the exile of most of the Jews to Babylon -- the so-called Babylonian captivity.
  • 539BC -- Under Cyrus the Great, the Persians conquered Babylonia. The Jews were allowed to return to Judaea, a district in Palestine.
  • 333BC -- Alexander the Great captures Palestine. His successors -- the Egyptian Ptolemies and the Syrian Seleucids -- tried without success to force Greek culture and religion on the people.
  • 141-63BC -- The Jews revolted and established an independent state. This lasted until Pompey the Great conquered Palestine for Rome and made it a province of the Roman Empire ruled by Jewish kings. Rome ruled Palestine for about 700 years.
  • 638AD -- Palestine is invaded by Muslim Arab armies that capture Jerusalem. Thus begins 1300 years of Muslim presence in what becomes known as Filastin.
The indigenous Jewish Nation continued to call their land Israel to today. In fact, coins minted by the British in the British Mandate that lasted until 1948 are inscribed with “Land of Israel” in Hebrew.

Coinage and coin press-stamps are strange. President Lincoln was born in 1809 and died in 1865. In 1909, the US Mint stamped-out the centennial penny in remembrance of Lincoln's birth. A variation of that coin is still being stamped today; more that two centuries after his birth and a century and a half after his death.

Coins of remembrance (commemorative coins) are a long standing tradition (thousands of years) by many cultures around the world.

coinsdec.jpg

You might notice in the picture, supra, that the Military Medal, if broken away from the Ribbon (Military Decoration), would look very similar to the monetary coinage laying next to it.

The ancient Roman phalera was a gold, silver, or bronze sculpted disk award for distinction in action (Roman Military of Medal) dating back to a time before the Roman Occupation of Britain. When they were first found, they were initially thought to be coinage.

Ancient round medal disks that are stamped with images are not always what they appear to be, and do not always correspond to the date relative to the image.
