Cruz is eligible to be President, it's time people came to terms with that fact. Luckily none of this will matter considering Cruz is very unlikely to ever be President.

Media Matters must be working overtime these days. It's up to the courts to decide if it comes down to that. At least Americans have an option to review Ted Cruz's qualifications. There was no such option when Barry Hussein Sotoro Obama either lied about his birth in college or when he ran for office. The Constitution does not say, "born in the USA," it says "natural born citizen." He was born a citizen, how is he not a natural born citizen?

Before you waste your time, yes, I keep asking right wingers who talk about Kenya the same question, how is Obama not a natural born citizen even if he were born in Kenya? It's irrelevant. They were born citizens, they are eligible to be President. There is no rational argument someone born a US citizen is not qualified regardless of the geographic location of their birth.
