There was no threat against the hospital by Joe Biden or his administration.
These were Department of Health regulations, in force before Biden came into office. Obviously, the hospital itself must’ve had some concerns about whether these “eternal flames” met regulations or they wouldn’t have checked on them before installing them.

As soon as the hospital demonstrated trip to the licensing officials that the eternal flames did comply with regulations, the Department dropped the matter.

There was no attempt to shut them down. There is no court case to “win”. The licensing official raised an issue. The hospital satisfied their questions, and that was the end of it

There was no suit filed against the church. Nothing happened. The agency questioned the eternal flame. The hospital showed them their expert’s opinion that it was within the rules and the agency said OK.

The hospital said they were relieved NOT to have to go to court because they would’ve lost if they had.

When you post these links, I read the stories. Then I click on the underlying links to find out what really happened because every time Fox News posts one of these stories it’s not exactly the way the headline said.

They’re taking a minor bureaucratic snafu here, and blowing it up into some major court case where Christians are being attacked and discriminated against that has no basis, in fact or law.
