Biden can't beat Trump

Even the left wing media is admitting it now. The polls (being what they are) are all showing Trump beats Biden.
Without going into all the reasons why Biden is not going to win, my question to those on the left is why hasn't the left picked another democrat to run? Why hasn't there been a push for an honest primary season with competition in the DNC.
I know the left bashed the right for not having an RNC primary for 2020.
The shoe is on the other foot. Biden is losing. And will continue to do so as long as Biden is the nominee.

I'm only guessing here, but I suspect that most of you want someone else. But since you have no choice in the matter, you'll have to settle for what the DNC shoves in your face. 80+yr old Biden.

Also, for those of you who would like to see another DNC nominee, how would you go about forcing the DNC to allow it?

(Honestly, it does get a little old when the party leaders force things in our faces. This is why I left the Republican party. I didn't like McCain, Romney or Trump) But there wasn't a thing I could do about it, except vote for someone else.

Democrats are not democratic. They are authoritarian today.

Being politically independent, I don't see the democrats being the sole reason for the authoritarian rulers our government has become. Both sides are guilty of this.
We've seen how the GOP treats fiscal and constitutional conservatives, who threaten the swamp and the deep state.

Make no bones about any of this. Trump doesn't want to end the deep state or drain the swamp. He wants to be the ruler of it. Taking down the democrats is just part of the disguise. It's a fight that needs to be fought. But only with someone who wants to restore our republic. Not turn it into a dictatorship ruled by one party party/politician.

If you asked all Trump supporters right this very moment if they'd support a chancellor Trump, I have no doubt that the majority of them would say yes.

I'm thinking that even if Trump is found guilty of ANYTHING he's going to court for, it'll only increase his support. This is something the democrats should've seen coming. And gotten Biden in line to be replaced. Convinced him to retire.
That would've (somewhat) wiped the slate clean of Biden being behind all the prosecutions.

Yes if they didn't go after Trump like this and had convinced Joe to not run for a second term and found another democrat candidate to run... Trump would not be so far ahead... but telling Joe no is not going to work... he knows if he isn't in charge of the DOJ he or his family members could be in legal hot water....
This is why Trump is not worried about being sent to jail... he wants them to jail him...

I see the point. But that reminds me of how everyone thought Trump wanted Hillary in jail. But after winning the election, he didn't even try.
In politics, things aren't what they seem.
Trump seems like he's got a good reason to get revenge. This is the majority of where his support comes from. But Trump knew about the deep state and the swamp was when he ran in 2016, and didn't do anything about it, but put his own people in there and tried to be the kind toad.

Example: Trump was furious when he found out Obama was using FISA to spy on is campaign. One might think that the governments authority to spy on Americans without a warrant (FISA 702), was not only wrong, but also unconstitutional. So what happens when Trump takes the white house? He reauthorizes FISA 702.

We all know Trump has an ego problem. Put that ego into a position of power, like being the president of the USA.

Please explain that last sentence. I do not get it. I haven't been able to watch much news lately but other than that, I normally watch plenty of news. I must have, however, missed something... Again, Please explain your last sentence. Why would he want that?

The way he embellishes things, the adjectives he uses, the way he sold BS ideas to people who didn't understand. (Make Mexico pay for the wall, zero out the national debt in 8 years, repeal and replace Obamacare while stating the government was still going to pay for everything). Learning that Trump was paying people to go on forums like this to see what republicans were saying, and then incorporate that into his speeches. This was done for obvious reasons. To say the same thing voters were saying, and pretend like he came up with those idea's or talking points.

As far as Trumps religious faith. That was an easy one to discredit. Cheating on your wives and family, for one. Another was stating publicly when asked if he ever asks god for forgiveness, he stated, "I don't do anything that needs forgiving."

So yeah, I didn't buy what Trump was selling. And what he was campaigning on replacing Obamacare with screamed socialism.
