LLCs are pass through entities. They don't pay taxes. They pass income through to the LLC owners. Taxes are paid in personal tax returns.

You simply don't know how the first thing about LLCs or how they work.

They still have to file a return, and then the taxes are paid by the LLC owners. So, two questions:
