why are you so worried about what other people believe? i'd think if you believe in the rightness of your religious dogma, that should be sufficient.

If you are wrong about God you will be severely punished. Chances are you believe in the wrong God or else some religious principle that offends God.

I can't imagine any G-d who would reject his children because of their belief or non-belief or the manner in which they choose to worship. In fact, Judaism has very little by way of discussion on the whole after death thing.... at least until re-birth after the coming of the Messiah.
