I knew the GOP was insane, but come on, 1.7 million and only one person tested positive for drugs....meanwhile, 1.7 million of tax payer dollars again wasted by the GOP who are fiscal conservative. You people are just to gotdamned pathetic for words.

Meanwhile, Disability receipitants, ie mostly white people.....their welfare...is completely and constantly ignored in this country. Why? One reason is because it comprises mostly of rednecks and no one is willing to drug test these motherfuckers because all including the lawyers and doctors that profit off these lying mfs...all are on some type of drug themselves.

Your OP notes one of the themes -- the value proposition -- I raised here. It is absurd how much and what courses of action modern "red state" leaders, officials, organizations and apologists are willing to spend/undertake to mollify villainy that costs less to simply ignore.

Let's face facts. We know crime rates -- no matter the offense -- are not going to fall to zero; therefore prudence requires we use a cost-benefit model to evaluate the sagacity of taking action to apprehend various misdemeanants and felons. Sure, if a wrongdoer falls into the law's lap, arrest and prosecute them, but to spend millions to catch but one unidentified -- when clearly it was not even known for sure s/he existed -- offender...that's a ridiculous waste of Arizonans' money.
