I have to say no matter who this was, they should be given the chair. I'm pro-death penalty myself.
And if it were a Pro-Choice activist, then their actions should be examined thoroughly to see if they were part of a larger conspiracy.
That being said, I'm relatively sure that there are pretty much no Pro-Choice advocates anywhere that have the motivation to kill someone to further their cause.
I've met a lot of these people and none of them have even an inkling of this kind of motivation.
The only thing I could think of is maybe a family member of a murdered abortion doctor taking revenge?
