CORUNNA, Michigan -- The Shiawassee County Prosecutor's office has charged Harlan J. Drake, 33, of Owosso with two counts of first-degree, premeditated murder in Friday's slaying of an anti-abortion activist in Owosso and an Owosso Towship gravel pit owner.

County Prosecutor Randy Colbry said Drake also had plans to kill an Owosso realtor but was arrested before he could carry out his alleged plan.

Drake was arraigned Friday afternoon and ordered held without bond in the Shiawassee county jail. He is also charged with Shiawassee one count of felony firearm and carrying a firearm with unlawful intent.

Slain were James Pouillon, 63, of Owosso and Mike Fuoss, 61.

Colbry said Drake had grudges against all three men.

I actually fail to know understand why they're harping on one of the victims being an anti-choice activist... it's not like his life was any more valuable than the gravel pit owner's. So much for the "liberal media".

Whereas the comments from the OP site, the few, (which NONE proved were "cheering" as you said, that I saw) - were being removed.

People were posting nasty comments about this man's death at the site linked to in the OP.

The owner of the site was deleting the nasty comments.

There is a site where nasty comments about Tiller have been left for all to enjoy.

It doesn't sound like this man was killed for his activist nature.

perhaps you should read the articles on the second victim.... actually, Poullion was the second victim. The other man was the first but the suspect led the police to the first crime scene after they picked him up on the Poullion murder.

OWOSSO, Michigan -- State police at the Corunna post have confirmed a well-known anti-abortion activist was shot multiple times and killed this morning in front of Owosso High School.

The victim's identity has not yet been released but the shooting occurred around 7:30 a.m., after most students were off the buses and safely inside the building, said Owosso schools transportation supervisor Jayne Campbell.

State police also confirmed that a suspect was taken into custody about 8:15 a.m. at the suspect's home.

I've already explained that in the thread. Many of the comments from the link in the OP were from people who were certainly happy to see this anti-abortionist die. However, these comments have been rightfully removed. What's odd, however, is the equally disturbing posts from those on the Right are still there.

The news outlet decided to say that an 'anti-abortionist' was shot. The typical response from the Right is that it is politically motivated. Yes, I started that which is what I do quite often to show how ridiculous both sides of the Nutter movement are, which of course you took seriously. Then I mentioned posts from other message boards and the comments in the link in the OP. THOSE POSTS WERE REAL, even though they have been removed and you chose not to believe they came from your left-wing fringe group. I wonder why?

After that, you posted a bunch of stuff from right-wing nutter boards. That's a typical nutter tactic: blame the other side! What that accomplishes is nothing and it's yet another redirection on your part.
