The ones I was in had a stainless steel toilet bowel sticking out of wall. No holding tank, no lid, no curtain, no door. But in the back of a big dorm down a hall near showers.

Holding cells had same but right smck dab in open. Windows looking in too. Lot of drunks brought in on weekends. Full house, dirty bowel. Nobody drinks those.
