I said from the very get go this is the worst stadium deal in sports HISTORY which was not my opinion,I got it from several credible economists that have said so. I have already documented many of the obstacles Davis will never be able to overcome to get there on that other thread. well within the last month it has gotten even worse.things I never could have foreseen happening a few months ago on top of the MANY obstacle blocks he is facing already.:lmao:

First a month ago we learn that there will be no parking for the public near the stadium, that they are going to have to walk THREE miles in the desert to have to get to the stadium.we are talking a 120 degree weather. The hotels would be so over loaded with people on the shuttle not to mention the immense traffic they will face, that they would be lucky to get there before the game is over.:lmao:

and just when you thought it could not get any worse? take a look at these two short videos below.:lmao::rofl:

Thats what VEGAS fans have to look foreward to.flooded parking lot garages and their cars floating away in the river down the street.:lmao::haha:

oh and as incredible as it sounds to believe, its going to get MUCH worse down the road over the years, not better, this is just for starters.:lmao::lmao::lmao::muahaha:

as much of a dork Mark Davis is,I just cant see him being THAT stupid to follow through on this. This is a major disaster waiting to explode in his face.:muahaha:

I said from the very get go that the Raiders will stay in Oakland and I am not backing down from that.Just because the owners approved the deal, does not mean its a done deal.

Unlike San Diego,Oakland is not taking the move lying down, they have an airtight lawsuit against them they are exploring that they will easily win in court if the Raiders are stupid enough to follow through on this bad deal.

Yet Mark Davis wants to go to Vegas? Because there will be nowhere to park at the stadium,he will LOSE money and because of this hear he is admitting in his own words he will go broke because of that yet there was a vegas apologist who a long time ago claimed I was wrong that Davis would not go broke and have to go back to oakland within five years.:lmao::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha::haha:

Putting an NFL team in the gambling Mecca of America? Who in the hell would ever believe THAT was a good idea? I mean, the league has already taken a hit in the credibility department here of late with unbelievably bad officiating even in the replay booths that flips billions of dollars in wagers. One other thing, the wealth of the city comes from tourists because that is where the city derives the lion's share of it's income. Is there really 80,000 fans that will be able to afford season tickets and a seat license being that the median income of Las Vegas with a population of less than 700,000 people is just over 49K which is less than the national average? It makes absolutely NO sense to me.

The local CBS channel is going all out to hype this and I get the impression it's falling flat on its face.

Vegas has NEVER seriously backed any sports team - not even the local UNLV teams in any sport. Why should they support a pro football team.

Oh yeah, they also expect a NHL team here and already have an all purpose arena for them. I'll bet the non-hockey events will outdraw the sports one 10 x 1.

As for the Raiders? It's gonna be interesting to see and I'm not holding my breath.

They act like Las Vegas could be another small market bonanza of dedicated fans like Green Bay........not gonna happen.

I think they're counting on tourists coming here to watch the football games after enjoying all the other goodies provided by the Gaming Industry.

Ain't gonna happen.

more proof here that Davis violated NFL relocation rules and how he will get his ass sued in court and lose if he tries to move. Oakland has an airtight lawsuit against the NFL and against the Raiders that they will easily win if this goes to trial and oakland is prepared to go all the way to the supreme court.

Amy Trask: 'There was a deal to be done in Oakland' for Raiders

x

Obviously, there are a wide-range of opinions still popping up about the decision for the Oakland Raiders to relocate to Las Vegas. One of those opinions, though, is one that certainly should open a few eyes.

The Oakland Raiders are ready for a Super Bowl push in 2017! Want the latest news sent straight to your inbox? – Sign up for our FREE Raiders newsletter now!

When former Raiders CEO Amy Trask spoke with Damon Bruce on 95.7 The Game, she stated that this move simply didn't have to happen.

“We all know that actions speak louder than words,” Trask stated. “[The Raiders] committed tremendous resources, economic and otherwise, to pursuing the Los Angeles opportunity and when that dream was dashed, rather than turning and re-engaging with Oakland and Alameda county, [they] immediately directed those resources to pursuing the Las Vegas opportunity.”

“It saddens me tremendously,” Trask said of the move. “There was a deal to be done in Oakland if that’s where the team had chosen to stay.

Its only getting WORSE and worse for the raiders in trying to get there, not better as it was when kroneke moved the rams to LA.hee hee

seriously this dump is where mark davis would prefer over oakland? lol.

ignorant people around here say oakland is a dump and all that all the time yet Vegas is even BIGGER dump as these videos prove.lol so Davis would rather move to the team from a city that is a dump to a city that is even WORSE AND BIGGER dump? comedy gold.:haha::lmao:

the thing is there are alot of vegas residents that are not on board with this move at all.

I think the move her is the most stupid decision any sane owner could make but it's not for the biased and supposedly humorous reasons in the video. Having lived her for 37 years, I will state this is no different than any other city of similar size anywhere in the world. Schools. Churches. Lots of shopping malls. Some great sightseeing near by. Lots and lots of people who never gamble a dime and only enter the casino for reasonable meals and reasonable prices. And we don't have tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, and a whole lot of the other benies of other places, to include swarms of flying, biting insects day and night.

As for the pro sport teams coming, Vegans won't even support their local university. Why should they be expected to support some under-educated jocks making ridiculous amounts of money for "playing" at something?

I cant see the NFL wanting the Raiders in Vegas now after this shooting.lol
