How are you going to prevent people unionizing to influence those areas? This is a free nation. If a group of people create a union and cooperate to influence compensation, productivity, or merit advancement (Not sure how you can influence merit advancement). This encourages a competitive employment market,and will encourage people to better educate themselves and develop skills,regardless of race color and creed,if you qualify for a job,you do,if not,you dont.
