None of the above. Social scientists rely on four primary benchmarks to assess immigrant assimilation: Socioeconomic status, geographic distribution, second language attainment, and intermarriage. What should muslims in America do in your opinion to be considered fully assimilated?
Become citizens?
Dress differently?
Build more mosques?
Get a CCW permit?
Vote?
From your question, you seem to be assuming that all Muslims are immigrants. However the fact is 27% of Muslims in the US are native born citizens and about 15% are converts from other religions. So your questions do not apply to most these people because they are assimilated.
On various measures of integration, immigrant Muslims score fairly well. A Pew study from 2011 found that 15% who are married or living with someone have a spouse of a different faith. This may sound low, but it is higher than the intermarriage rate for American Jews at a comparable moment in their history, and above that of modern Mormons. They also have a higher rate of geographic distribution than Jewish immigrants. Economically, they are as likely to have an income of above $100,000 as native born Americans. All considered most Muslims are well integrated
You seem to be neglecting the fact that Muslims come from a number of countries with different cultures, languages, and socioeconomic backgrounds. For example Muslims from India are much more likely to speak English than from Arab countries and generally assimilate faster. Asking what Muslims should do to be be considered assimilated is like asking what Catholics should do.
