While what you say is true, IM2, plenty of the black Africans also participated in the decimation of the Native Americans as well.

Plenty of blacks did nothing. Blacks did not implement The Indian removal policy. They were recently freed slaves trying to gain acceptance in society as equal human beings. So while you try to make this equivalent to things whites did you do so by refusing to look at the entire picture. Those blacks did not make the policy, they were doing as ordered.

So do you think that black communities which are not considered their own nations while getting aid from the US government annually, are going to be allowed to get cities and states to change zoning ordinances to enable all black neighborhoods to build and run casinos?

No it wasn't a good number. You see, in 1830 a good number of blacks were enslaved. And the majority of blacks were enslaved during the active years of the removal from 1830-1860.
