There is no way that the application process is being run right in these companies, otherwise where you see a huge majority of one group or one race (unless geographical racial circumstances exist in an area or state), that one would see such an off balance in racial make ups operating in these ways. It smells of greed, exploitation, and illegal acts being comitted by ownership and management when seeing this sort of thing going on in American society.

Now I'm not for quota's being forced onto the workplace either, where as one is forced to have a certain racial make up of a group, and this is in order to show some sort of compliance with the leftist ideals that race is the most important factor in the oppeasement of the leftist idiots in power, otherwise that think they know something when they are complete idiots in life on such matters as has been proven over time now.

Nope, not all true.... If it weren't for the bad players, we wouldn't have needed the laws that we have on the books to date. Now granted that some laws are bad for sure, and they should be taken off of the books if are being used nefariously, then each law should be debated and deleted if nessesary. But the idea that laws in which corrected problem's are somehow a problem in themselves, uh is well rediculous depending on the laws in question. Human nature is a problem as is proven, and laws are just regulations on the problems that have been exampled in by human nature run amuck. I am not so sure your generalization has legs. Few of the promises Trump made, bought lock stock and barrel by his supporters have actually come true. Mexico did not and will not pay for the wall. Mexico's promise that they would refuse to do it has held, so far. We're going to keep them out and send them back? Not really. Crossings, overstays are up and deportations down compared to last administration and maybe the administration before. The wall theory itself has been thoroughly debunked by history. History is replete with examples of governments falling and even military fortifications failing to hold. Hiding behind walls is no solution. Fixed fortifications are a testament to the stupidity of man? We're going to hire only the best people? If attrition rate, turnover and indeed convictions indicate anything, The best people were not hired. We're going to repeal and replace? De-funding one hasn't helped, and there has not be a program put fourth to replace. Kind of like, the battery on my car is no good, so I will walk forever without a plan to obtain a new vehicle. Yet, many of his supporters continue to support the empty promises. I think it will always be so, as the pendulum swings, back and fourth through and into history.
