Saturday, Paul Ryan stated the following as the vision that he and Mitt Romney share, along with the comments about the Ideal that America was founded on.

The commitment Mitt Romney and I make to you is this:

We won't duck the tough issues...we will lead!

We won't blame others...we will take responsibility!

We won't replace our founding principles...we will reapply them!

We will honor you, our fellow citizens, by giving you the right and opportunity to make the choice:

What kind of country do we want to have?

What kind of people do we want to be?

We can turn this thing around. Real solutions can be delivered. But, it will take leadership. And the courage to tell you the truth.

Excerpts of Ryan's Speech | The Weekly Standard

Today Obama replied with:

Obama’s compliments, however, contained an implicit criticism. The president called Ryan “an articulate spokesman for Governor Romney’s vision. But it’s a vision that I fundamentally disagree with.”

Obama gives Ryan a double-edged welcome to the race - First Read

Obama wants to replace the ideals that this country was founded on, and replace them with more government, more handouts, less self reliance, etc. He cannot be more clear than that!

Obama is a Marxist. Obama fundamentally disagrees with our Constitution. Get used to it!

What I'm doing here is pointing out a simple discussion that, I believe, will make all the difference in the elections. The republicans should use it, heavily.

He's been quite clear for quite a while. obama is right. This election is for the direction of the nation. He intends to go forward into the brave new world of socialism, period. To him, free market capitalism has never worked. It wasn't the ideals that built the country, but ideals that maintained the inequality of the country.

Every consider the idea that Ryan might be LYING? Or fundamentally mistaken?

He wants to reapply the principles of the Constitutio, does he? Like what?

Like the objectivist principles he has espoused for years but never really followed?

Take a look at the big spending Ryan that as shown by his voting record:

He voted FOR the $700 billion bank bailout, FOR the biggest Medicare expansion in U.S. history, FOR a massive highway bill that included the “Bridge to Nowhere”, FOR TARP, FOR loans to help rescue the auto industry.

Ryan also also voted to raise the debt limit at least five times during the Bush administration, when such votes were considered routine and uncontroversial.

Voted AGAINST

HR 6251 - Oil Production Leases - Key Vote - Project Vote Smart ( reducing American Oil production )
HR 6346 - Price Gouging Prevention Act - Key Vote - Project Vote Smart ( he wants to let businesses price gouge in times of crisis )
HR 3999 - National Highway Bridge Reconstruction and Inspection Act - Key Vote - Project Vote Smart ( Forget the infrastructure. Who cares if bridges are falling, right Paul? )
HR 2 - Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization and Expansion - Key Vote - Project Vote Smart ( Fuck sick kids, right, Paul? )

and socially?

He voted against

H Amdt 1127 - Repeals Indefinite Military Detention Provisions - Key Vote - Project Vote Smart ( so much for human rights )
http://votesmart.org/bill/14202/38274/26344/extends-payroll-tax-cut ( raising taxes on the working man during a recession. Thanks Paul! )
HR 2965 - Don't Ask, Don't Tell Repeal Act - Key Vote - Project Vote Smart ( lost the gay vote )
HR 5281 - DREAM Act - Key Vote - Project Vote Smart ( lost the Hispanic vote )
HR 5987 - Seniors Protection Act - Key Vote - Project Vote Smart ( lost the senior citizens )

Hes a Big Spending Big Government Conservative who votes AGAINST the people he's SUPPOSE to represent every chance he gets.

I refuse to believe the founding principals of our country involved abandoning people to misery or turning a cold shoulder on problems because it may be expensive to face them. I am sick of people using our founders as a lousy cop-out to only give shit about people who have wealth enough to buy influence. This is the vision many reject, not the good stuff that is becoming ever more imperiled such as a clean and fair election or the ideal of democracy itself.

Obama has proven that he fundamentally disagrees with taking responsibility for anything. He's proven that for three and a half years. "It's all President Bush's fault!"

Obama "articulately spoke" his way into the White House. We were white-washed, and he's a wash-out.

He's a one-hit wonder, totally unfit for the job, elected based on the color of his skin and the volume of bullshit that spewed from his blue-gummed yapper.

Except he took two wars off the credit card and put them both ON BUDGET and then gets accused of increasing the debt.

Obamas taking way more responsibility than youre willing to give him credit for and taking way more blame than he deserves.

And he leads your guy by 9 points nationally.

The only thing I can remember him taking credit for is winning the Nobel Peace Prize and he sure as hell didn't deserve that!

I just did. He took two wars he didnt start off a credit card for future generations to pay and put them on HIS budgets.

Thats taking reponsibility.

And youre correct on the Peace prize, he sure as hell didnt do anything before or after he got the prize to deserve that honor.

I wouldn't give a shit if he was running against Howdy Doody. Obama is a curio to be relegated to the bottom shelf of a dusty bureau. Sort of like a lava lamp or a pet rock.

He's to be chalked up as an experiment gone very wrong.

What I do or don't do in the voting booth is my business. I may write in a candidate of my choosing.
I've been around since the Eisenhower administration. And I have never, ever, been fearful of a nation leader as I am of Obama. He is a pariah, a menace, a destroyer, and a dismantler. And come November, he's history.

AhhhEisenhower. The last Great Republican president. How I miss his progressive ideas and leadership.

Edited

And hes going to win. Look at the ten swing states. He leads 8 of them by 6-11 points. If that holds, Romney doesnt stand a chance. Romneys made far too many gaffes in the last few weeks. I had thought this election was going to be very very very close, now Im not so sure. Maybe Ryan will give Romney a bump to make it a race again, but if the election were held TODAY, it would be considered a landslide Obama victory.

Nope. The Founding Principles of our country don't involve abandoning people to misery. They involve getting the government out of our lives and unleasing individuals and groups of individuals to get off their asses and help their fellow man.

It is all about two different forms of ideologies.
Collectivism or individualism.
Collectivism is about government control, forcing taxpayers to pay for charity and eventually spending us into bankruptcy.Big government, control
Individualism is about freedom from government, a choice of what you want your money to go to for charities and paying down our debt. Less government, freedom.

Vote for Obama and the Dem's and we will go bankrupt.
Vote for Romney and Repubs we will have faster job growth and start getting our debt paid down.
Then we need to work on both parties and get rid of those in our government who have the collective ideology.
