We hold a golf tournament every year on the first Sunday of October.... it a charity for childhood cancer and normally we can't print enough tickets... this year is different... we are thousand of dollars behind last year... people are hurting and not just the poor and middle class...the wealthy are holding back now too.... The average house is $430k.

Interest rates are at historic highs.

Gas, food, utilities are nearly double what they were just a few years ago.


Most people cannot go on like this.

Just 20 years ago the median income was $40k, and you could buy a home not in the hood for $100 - $200k easy, with super low interest rates.
