$50 minimum wage

Rubbish. Blaming labor costs for the lack of enough business is just stupid; they aren't entitled to profits in the first place, nor is it the govt.s job to provide them with cheap labor just to make you feel good. There are fast food joints all over the place; most of them are just in the real estate business first, the food business last. If they aren't making any money it has nothing to do with minimum wage laws.
/——/ Just ignore the facts I presented. It’s all you can do.

Only idiots want to pay pimple faced kids with nails in their faces deserve anything more than $10/hr.

just ignore the fact you don't even know where most of the profits are in fast foods and restaurants as well, and like all the other right wingers here you've never filled out a tax return. Your fictional anecdotal rubbish wasn't even close to reality.

/——/ Take your life savings, open a restaurant and pay your staff $50 an hour. We’ll see how long you stay open. Moron.

I would do with my life savings what do now, which is don't invest in glutted business markets then snivel like a little bitch over minimum wage and cry about how I deserve a big profit from selling one taco or burrito an hour.

/——/ Just as I thought. You’re just blowing smoke. Go pay your gardener $50 an hour, then see how much everything costs in your day to day life that use’s minimum wage that pays $50 an hour like the pizzeria, car wash and so on. You big dope.

As a communist, I'm not a Democrat, and I have some serious differences with the Democratic Party, but I must admit that hands down, across the board if you compare the performance of Dems vs Repubs on the economy and many other issues, Dems always win. These MAGA-hat hillbillies are clueless about the actual numbers and just go with whatever FOX News and their god-idol, Trump, tells them.

If you go to that website. you'll find the data showing how corporate and Wall Street profits rise, along with general increases in incomes for everyone..etc, always occurs with Dems in office and are always compromised under Repubs. What we see under Repubs is much more inequality, the nation's wealth is concentrated at the top 1/10th of 1% of the population, much more so than when Dems are in power. Repubs destroy the economy, increasing national debt and inflation. They give blank checks to the Military Industrial Complex and the DOD while neglecting practically everything else. Look at the stats.

/——/ Trump was felt a pandemic and governors shut down their economies. Dementia Joe rode the wave as businesses reopened and hired back their staff.
Not that you’d ever consider the facts.

I never said a thing about '$50 an hour'; you just have nothing and just scooping out your diaper and throw shit on the wall.

Take your own advice. And not just tossing a mower and wed eater in your old truck and then looking around for a wetback to do the work while you sit in the truck eating oreos and looking at last month's 'Big Uns' all day.

Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) argued on Monday that a $50-per-hour minimum wage is mathematically coherent.

Presidents do not create jobs, shitforbrains.

Anyone who thinks Communism allows everyone to live like Bill Gates needs to be locked up in an insane asylum.

Except when Jobs are created under the Trump administration, then you MAGA-asshats start bragging about your beloved idol's awesome ability to create jobs. When the facts are presented showing how more jobs are created under Democrat leadership you flippantly dismiss that saying "Presidents don't create jobs shitforbrains". You MAGA-punk hypocrites are pathetic.

When did I ever claim that communism will allow everyone to live like Bill Gates? I didn't. However, it's a fact, that as technology advances the individual consumer has access to more resources, goods, and amenities. An average Joe American today in 2024, has access to more resources, goods, and amenities than a wealthy aristocrat from the mid-1800s, not to speak of the wealthy living in Medieval times.

Today we have refrigerators, indoor airconditioning and plumbing, electricity, much better municipal-run sewage and water purification systems, machines that wash your clothing and dry it, automobiles, planes, bullet trains (Not here in America due to Republican politicians refusing to fund it), radios, televisions, computers, the internet, smartphones, and you can even call an ambulance in a medical emergency and go to a hospital where physicians will use advanced technology to save your life.

So yes, even though I never literally said that communism will allow everyone to live like Bill Gates in the near future, in about 100 years, technology in a communist society, will indeed allow the average Joe American to live like a billionaire does today in the early 21st century. The average person 100 years from now, not to speak of 200 or 300 years in the future, will live even better than Bill Gates. Yep, that's right shithead. Grow a brain.
