• The USA USES 20 million barrels per day
• The USA produces 11 million barrels per day.
• That leaves 9 million barrels NON-USA produced, i.e. imported... UNDERSTAND???

Now if the USA can't get the imported 9 million barrels per day... DUH... that's what the SPR was for!

NOW DUMMY! If the Strategic Petroleum Reserve Stocks is at a current level of 351.28M
AGAIN very simple arithmetic ... Divide 351.28 million by 9 million equals duh 39 days supply.
So if the USA can't import 9 million barrels and as a result 9 million barrels be used per day from SPR!
That would mean regardless of when... That means there are only 39 days before our oil requirements
would be diminished by 45%! (Daily use 9 million of 20 million imported is stopped.. 45% total oil per day used by the USA. After the 39th day of using 9 million barrels from the SPR...where will 45% of oil demand come from?
