The Republicans have this rotting horse carcass they are dragging around the halls of Congress. First they doused it in Chanel No. 5. Everyone could still smell it. Then they cleaned it and covered it in rose petals. Stench still there. Now they've scrubbed it down with brillo pads and smothered it in honey. Now it smells like a horrible rotting carcass covered in honey.
