As for "struggling to make a case" against the Biden's? Are you kidding? I've never seen so much evidence of influence peddling as there is in this case. It's normally an extremely hard crime to prove but with the Biden's...they're so stupid they don't even hide things well! On one hand, they have a long list of accusations against Joe Biden, no indictments, a list of lying sources, "reports" from MAGA media and not much else.

On the other hand, Trump's lawyers, staffers, employees and attorneys are lined up to testify against him with evidence like emails, photos, recordings, texts and documents.

Of course, in both cases, everyone is corrupt but them. Otherwise this all would be no problem. This is all just fake news.
