The flash floods in cities and towns has always veen down to human activity with the land. Creating roads, paths, concrete, tarmac, driveways etc.. a greater proportion of water now just floods as opposed to draining away.

"Global Warming" aka CO2 based climate change is bogus.
Earth climate does change, Jurassic was warmer, wetter, and had much higher surface air pressure, what happens when Earth has little to no land near the poles and hence little to no ice. Earth has 9 million cubic miles of ice today.

Its not just floods and droughts. We will need to look at the plants we grow as well. Our seasons are out of wack and some traditional plants eill struggle.
