Do you have any favorite banned films?

Films that were at one time banned in a country or countries. Some of the bans were later lifted.

It seems I have a hobby of really enjoying movies that have been banned at least sometime. They were either banned in some country or origionally banned, but years later had the ban lifted. I guess I enjoy the shock and awe of banned films. They often go into taboo material and challenge cinema norms.

Favorite banned films or films that were at one time banned. These are films that for whatever reason were banned in some countries.

I know a few, let's see......depictions of death, hardcore sex/orgy and social anarchy.

long ago I asked my abnormal psychology teacher about clockwork orange and he said it was the most disturbing
film he ever watched

As far as I know, none of my favorite films have ever been banned in any way.

Ben Hur is the only one I have seen. A good film.

Birth Of a Nation I have seen and its not really a bad movie at all.
