I know all about it, read extensively on it. He wasn't 'mafia', the mafia answered to him in Chicago, not the other way around. The Chicago mob, as I said, was mostly non-Italians, Italians made up a small part of the syndicates in Chicago. Chicago wasn't New York or Detroit or New Jersey. The political demographics precluded Italian domination of local organized crime. Harry is just a drunken retard having an Emily Letella Moment.

No, he was mafia. The criminal element in Chicago was more diverse simply because Chicago was more diverse at that time.
