If you go down the comment and follow the links, you find it is a two-year-old video, previously debunked of a girl in Spain, that wanted the vaccine, but was still afraid of needles. When asked if she wanted to put it off, she declined as she wanted the vaccine and was proud to have it. There are translations, luckily as I never took Spanish.

I do have a problem with the mandates, but... you can ignore them.

When my state had mask mandates, I ignored them. No one stopped me, no one forced me, nothing happened. My workplace mandated Vaccines at one time. I ignored it, and eventually they dropped the whole idea because people were ignoring it.
