So you are saying get rid of Social Security and Medicare? It is socialized retirement and healthcare.YOU didn't pay for half of it, but your kids and grandkids sure will be.
Go ahead and keep pretending socialism worked ever, anywhere, in the entire history of the world...unless there is a slave system in place, it never has.
Guys, I am not making any claims. I am trying to verify the information I received, I think people who do not use multiple sources to verify information are the dumbest among us.Yeah, it's always a lib favorite and surfaces especially during election years.

I am hearing two things. "Democrats are trying to scare people". Does that mean it is not true what I put in the thread.
Others are saying we should get rid of social security and Medicare. So is it true?
It would make Social Security a political football subject to being destroyed every couple years.
Ron Johnson wants to do that EVEY year.
Fuck the GOP. From Dog Catcher to the White House
Joe Biden said the biggest inclusive organization for fraud was on his side. I believe that, do you?You should always verify information you get from one source. I received the information below from one source. Is this true?

First...he's not alone but yea...vote his ass outFirst, Ron Johnson is 1% of the senate. Second, you don't think there are any govt programs that need to go away?
First...he's not alone but yea...vote his ass out
Second. Certainly not SS or Medicare
I've seen Scott and Johnson both say they'd put Social Security and Medicare on the chopping block and never once seen a GOP politician castigate them for itFirst, ain't gonna happen.
Second, I see you're swallowing the commie propaganda. Enjoy.
.
Why don't you cite the source? You should always verify information you get from one source. I received the information below from one source. Is this true?

Social Security needs changed. If you look back you will see the GOP has tried over and over to change SOCIAL SECURITY. IF you are really honest they have not been good ideas.
huked on foniks?i likez ta spel.
It is inevitable that some tweaking will be needed to keep these programs solvent and as intended, or, if they are phased out, do so in a way that will be beneficial for all and does not break trust with people who now depend on them.Social Security needs changed.
I personally know of 3 people that are receiving Social Security that should not be.
Just me. One guy. And I assure you this is not abnormal.
Social Security should have NOTHING to do with mental health benefits and medical benefits. NOTHING.
That should be an entirely different agency. That has the ability to consistently recheck claimants to keep their cash coming.

What do you do with a person who opts out and finds themself broke in retirement and cannot afford medical insurance. They then look to the government for help. No, I don't think we should get rid of SS or medicare. I do believe there should be option to opt in or out though before a certain age.
This was on Facebook. I am looking through Google to see if I can find more information but I know there are individuals on this site who may have information. Why don't you cite the source?
What possible context could there be?Why am I thinking you're leaving out a lot of details? Do you have a link that would show the full context?
.
It’s not really a matter of ‘failing’ to plan for retirement, it’s that most working Americans live paycheck to paycheck; there’s little if anything to ‘put away,’ nothing with which to ‘plan.’What do you do with those who do not plan their own retirement and are homeless, broke and starving in old age.
What possible context could there be?
If you think there is one that doesn't make the GOP look like shit have at it
