Speculating, but probably a stock picture of a beach on the Gulf coast of Texas in 2014.
I remember this beach, it's right on the front of hotel Sheraton in Port Lucaya, Bahamas.

The MSM just proving why the lockdowns need to continue, more and more people acting dangerously walking on beached without "social distancing", photos don't lie, do they?
