This is not an hyperbole. If WHO takes control, everyone knows Tedros is a creature of Gates. Tedros is a thug who does what he's told, not even a doctor (same as Gates.) Some GOP senators now making noise against this, and not a minute too soon.

On page 4 of Zero Draft regarding over-arching principles to be agreed to in the treaty, it is stated that.
“The Parties to this WHO CA+ [WHO convention agreement]…Recognizing the central role of WHO, as the directing and coordinating authority on international health work, in pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems, and in convening and generating scientific evidence…” (italics added)

The words “Recognizing the central role of WHO, as the directing and coordinating authority” in “pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems, and in convening and generating scientific evidence” seems clearly intended to give WHO the last word on what the “science” is regarding any aspect of public health, or “global health governance.” “Governance” invokes the coercive powers of the state, but in manner which WHO decides.
“Pandemic…response,” or government “response” to any pandemic, which WHO decides exists in the first place, would naturally include any facet of the government response such as lockdowns, travel rights, mandatory vaccinations, and mandatory biometric proof of identity and “vaccination status.”
Professor Francis Boyle, professor of international law at the University of Illinois College of Law, told The Epoch Times that the WHO treaty would be “fatally dangerous” to its signatories.
Boyle, a progressive human rights activist, said the writers of the accord “deliberately drafted it to circumvent the power of the Senate to give its advice and consent to treaties, to provisionally bring it into force immediately upon signature.”

An analysis of Zero Draft by Robert Romano posted at DailyTorch.com points out that Article 4, Section 3 of the draft agreement makes US sovereignty provisional, not absolute, in the event that WHO declares a pandemic,
Article 4, Section 3 of the draft agreement states,
“Sovereignty – States have, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the principles of international law, the sovereign right to determine and manage their approach to public health, notably pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems, pursuant to their own policies and legislation, provided that activities within their jurisdiction or control do not cause damage to their peoples and other countries.”
So if WHO decided that a country’s policies were causing “damage,” that country would have to reverse those policies or face serious sanctions from the other nations.
It is well-known that the controlling force behind WHO is Bill Gates and his minion president of WHO, Tedros Ghebreyesus, who is a member of a US State Department terrorist list organization, the Ethiopian Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPFL.)
Gates’ contributions are the single largest source of funding for WHO, greater even than the US share, when the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded GAVI contributions are combined.

“The [Gates] foundation’s impact on the WHO is enormous,” said Garrett, of the Council on Foreign Relations. “If they weren’t there, if they walked away with their money, the deleterious impact would be profound, and everyone is all too aware of that.”

Were WHO to declare a pandemic under the terms of the treaty and take control of world “health” policies, Bill Gates, in a very real sense, could conceivably become the single most powerful man in the history of the planet, able to override national governments and dictate the very terms of human existence, for as long as WHO says a pandemic state of emergency exists. The same Bill Gates who with his billions co-sponsored Event 201 in New York on Oct. 18, 2019, a pandemic “simulation” exercise which eerily was centered around a new, fictional kind of coronavirus which originated from bats, nearly two months before the first reports emerged out of Wuhan of a new, bat-origin coronavirus illness.
The same Bill Gates, ominously, who recently attended yet another pandemic drill, “Catastrophic Contagion,” which is premised on another virus break-out but this one far deadlier than COVID, which targets children.
