I see no reason to wait till after the election.
More upside to doing it now than downsides.
I also believe it would be much harder for dems to concoct stories in the short amount of time they have left before the election.
I also think it would be great fun watching them try.

Yep......if the Republicans win in November...no harm....if they lose, we at least put in the Justice.......and collins will have to face dissapointing her Trump voters if she tries to vote against this...that is the surest way to lose....but it might just buy her the support she needs to win...dittos McSally and Loeffler who already said they will vote with the Great Trump...
