"In an eerie parallel to an exercise sponsored by Bill Gates and the World Economic Forum (WEF) at the Pierre Hotel in New York on October 18, 2019, nearly two months before the first reports of an unknown respiratory illness emerged from Wuhan, China, another exercise has been unearthed, held in November of 2021, which simulated an outbreak of monkey pox virus on May 15, 2022.

The recent drill was also backed by Gates and the WEF. The October 18, 2019 drill was dubbed Event 201, and was described by its organizers at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security as follows:

“Event 201 simulates an outbreak of a novel zoonotic coronavirus transmitted from bats to pigs to people that eventually becomes efficiently transmissible from person to person, leading to a severe pandemic. “

According to the CDC COVID timeline, it was not until December 12, 2019, that the first entry in thee timeline is made, that:

VACV is the small pox vaccine developed almost 200 years ago. It's a close smallpox virus "relative" (vaccinia virus) that is far less virile that they isolated with 200 year old technology to give IMMUNITY to small pox.

The whole paper is describing modifying THIS VACV "viral vector" with the DNA editing tools NOW available in order to specifically target OTHER pox viruses. No gain of function. No monkey virus. Only mention of "monkeys" is the use of monkey liver cells as one of the hosts for a pox virus to test vaccine efficacy.
