This was an overpass of course. It seems to be that a lot. And some are questioning the strength of the steel and concrete of it. Fuel from the truck along with flames leaked into the sewers causing manhole covers to blast upward. One direction side of the overpass destroyed and the other heavily compromised. Let's see if the unions make this a priority eliminating some work rules that will make this a two-year project. This is a federal highway so this can e done quickly.
