The more I hear from Kash Patel, the more I think he is one of the brightest players in DC.

Did Patel say trump wasn't guilty of what he is charged with? Seems like he would be better served to try proving trump isn't guilty of what he is actually charged with instead of trying to muddy the water by dragging charges he isn't facing into it.
