Zone1 Would Jesus support Donald Trump if alive today?

/—-/ Jesus loves and supports all of God’s children, even you.
While offering grace, Jesus also clearly warned that those who refuse to repent of their sinful ways will face serious consequences.
During the 2016 campaign, Donald Trump stated he had not asked God for forgiveness,
Don has a lot of work to do.

Jesus being "the first fruits of the dead" was a historical event. Just not in the irrational way that you think it was in your perverse delusional obscene unrestrained imagination. It was as historical as if an alien, royalty from another sphere of intelligent life, arrived on earth.

As I said, you understand neither scripture nor the power of my God.

:aug08_031:
The risen Christ appeared to a variety of individuals and groups, with accounts in the Bible describing appearances to at least eight different groups of people over a 40-day period. While the Bible details specific instances, it does not explicitly state that these were the only appearances.

In all Jesus appeared a dozen different times over forty days to more than 515 individuals. He appeared to women and to men, He appeared to individuals and to groups, He appeared indoors and outdoors, He appeared to people who were skeptics and people who were believers, He appeared to people who were hardhearted and people who were tenderhearted. And He talked with people, He ate with people, He even invited Thomas - the skeptic, the doubter - to put his finger in the nail holes in His hands, put his hand in the spear wound in His side - to see and touch the evidence himself. Then what was Thomas's reaction? To say, "My Lord and my God!" He became convinced by the evidence that Jesus had returned from the dead. And what does history tell us about Thomas? He spent the rest of his life declaring Jesus did return from the dead, He is the Son of God, even to the point of being put to death for his faith in southern India.

All four canonical Gospels make a concerted and central effort to portray that Jesus rose from the dead, presenting it as a physical, historical, and transformative event. While the narratives differ in specific details—which scholars often interpret as complementary, independent eyewitness accounts rather than contradictions—they consistently agree on the core truth that the tomb was empty and Jesus appeared to his followers.

No. The real enemy, foreign and domestic, has been polarizing the American people so they could step in with their masked storm troopers and save democracy from the chaos they created, with their brazen antisemitic xenophobic rascist bigoted violent nazi fascism.

Dems?

Pft. Right. Do yourself a favor. Stop watching Fox News. It's turning your brain into mush.
Given your posting style I would have thought you loved polarizing the American people.

the pug's are pathological beyond the point of no return simmering for something that never has existed than in their feeble minds.

Do you really feel Jesus Christ would support Trump and MAGA if alive today.
I have a hard time believing he would.
MAGA is the opposite of many of Jesus's key teachings.

  • Jesus’s call for humility and service over power and wealth.
  • His commands to love and care for outsiders and the disadvantaged
  • Jesus never sought political office or power and urged His followers to seek God’s kingdom rather than worldly rule.
  • His emphasis was on care, compassion, and justice for all people, especially the vulnerable.
  • He challenged religious and political leaders alike when they ignored mercy and righteousness
  • Love your neighbor as yourself.” (Mark 12:31)
  • “I was a stranger and you welcomed me.” (Matthew 25:35)
  • The Good Samaritan (Luke 10) centers moral duty on care for foreigners and enemies.
  • Jesus rejects earthly power, status, and domination (Matthew 20:25–28).
  • Jesus condemns deception and hypocrisy (Matthew 23).
  • Jesus repeatedly warns against wealth and neglect of the poor (Luke 12, Luke 16).
  • What mortal man does not realize we are all flawed and ask Jesus for forgiveness? Trump has said "Why do I have to repent or ask for forgiveness, if I am not making mistakes?"
  • 'Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions'” (Luke 12:15).
1. A large percentage of leftwingers do not even believe in Jesus or religion. It's the height of hypocrisy to invoke the name of Jesus to indict President Trump.
2. Jesus in no way, shape, or form, would support the leftwing agenda of intentionally weakening the country, sowing divisiveness by rioting and shutting down government services for the needy, enriching themselves through their office, stealing billions of taxpayer dollars, depriving millions of ambition, and killing innocent babies in the womb.
3. Always look at what Trump accomplishes versus the negotiation rhetoric he throws out. He reminds me of Bobby Knight in that regard. Knight did so much for so many, often without public knowledge or fanfare. Trump is the same way. The net result of Trump's actions always help people, always reduce deaths, always reduce war, always increase people's share. Jesus would approve.

Bible scholars say the gospels make a concerted effort to portray the resurrection of Jesus as an historical event. Google says the gospels make a concerted effort to portray the resurrection of Jesus as an historical event. Everyone but you knows the gospels make a concerted effort to portray the resurrection of Jesus as an historical event.

you fail again to address the question why the roman authorities who had just crucified jesus for the jews have no records of their prisoner being still alive on the lose for them to rearrest or give reason not to have done so ...

for the simple reason as the event of the resurrection is a 4th century fallacy to promote the agenda of those in the 4th century using jesus for their own purposes written in their bible than the liberation theology, self determination jesus truly gave their life for - including the repudiation of judaism, false commandments et al the 4th century crucifiers include in their own maleficient document.

By only posting AI summaries and citing "scholars", lol, you have only proven that there is no life in you in spite of munching on Jesus crackers and drinking Jesus juice for decades.

Jesus compared the literal application of the Law to a tomb. So yes, his friends saw him come out of that tomb and ascend into heaven, day by day, and if you look within the entirety of Judaism, every branch and sect, Jesus remains nowhere to be found to this day.

The subject of the resurrection is not and never was about the resumption of a former mortal existence. The subject of the resurrection is about the entry into a new eternal existence.

I'm sure that it seems that way to you but I assure you it only seems that way. By revealing the hidden meaning of the Law of my God I have created a new heaven and a new earth, new firmament, a new basis, common ground upon which people of every nation, kingdom, language, race, religious belief and unbelief (even republicans and democrats), lol, can live together in peace enlightened by the revelation that I've freely given for the life of the world.

I'm sure there will be fools like you who object to that, but guess what! I don't give a ****.

For all who come together in this light there will be no more curse, death will cease to exist.

You and I, as humans, are flawed. Neither one of know for sure what Jesus would do. We both have strong feelings of what he would do. Our opinions are opposite.
We will find out on judgement day who is correct. I am very comfortable with my opinion that Jesus Christ, if a live today, would not support Donald Trump. Jesus would try and reform Donald Trump. He would try and get him to repent his sins and change his ways.

Well, let's ask Jesus:
Mark 12:17 Then Jesus said to them, “Give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.”

There ya go, it's not about what would Jesus support/do about anything. the Centurion showed the same thing.

I like Don's chances more than any Democrat's.

Did you protect women and children from rape and murder by those who were known criminals?
Did you stand in the way of those who were protecting women and children from rape and murder by known criminals?
Did you submit your own plan of how to protect your fellow citizens (who were also your neighbors) from criminals known to have records of rape and murder?
Instead of caring for your own family and those at your own doorstep, did you leave them on their own to join the noise and the mobs in another city/state?
Did you peacefully donate money and pay for lawyers to defend the above rapists and murderers?
