No one's vote is in danger from a vasectomy "mandate", he was poking fun at vax & mask mandates.
No one can be forced to have a vasectomy.
It sounds like a good option for Medicaid or Welfare or some other department who deals with the unwanted pregnancies.

If a guy wants to be a parent and have his pay taken for child support, that's his decision. A vasectomy sounds like a good option for a young sexually active guy. It can't hurt his popularity.
