Would Dems have nominated Harris in an actual Primary?

As a counter point.

Also, care to share where these low suits have already been filed?

Looks like Biden/Harris could lose OK's Electoral College votes

Sincerely, thank you very much.

Now let's look at the link and OK.

Your link, links to the specific statute, shown below. The statute then explains what happens if a candidate drops out.

Then lets zoom in specifically on paragraph "G" which defines what happens if the original candidate is no longer a candidate - for any reason.

Okay then it looks like this might not be an issue.

Since you're an educator:

Do you feel it's fair to "pick up your ball and go home" when you're losing? Especially if the team/child in question has been cheating the entire time?

(And by "cheating" in this case I mean gaslighting the actual condition of the actual president for years)

Because I find it disgusting, and would never vote for such. No, not even if it were Donald Trump.

Being "an issue" is a subjective term. I'm sure the Trump campaign (and their supporters in Congress) will attempt to make it an "issue".

Whether there is a legal basis for their "issue" is another matter.

Since you're an educator:

I'm not an educator, I have a Masters in Technology Education. I work for school system in HR/Payroll information systems.

Nope, I think Biden should have announced last fall that he wasn't going to seek reelection. I always felt Biden was a one term President but his hubris got in the way.

"Fair" is a subjective term. However the GOP/DNC are independent entities (no government entities) and they can set their own rules. Biden should have dropped out a long time ago, but you deal with what you have. It's to late to run a new primary season, so it will be up to the delegates at the convention to solidify behind a nominee. It's up to them.

Be honest, there is no way you'd have voted for Biden or Harris in the first place.
