When the Dow closed down almost 500 points today and oil rose about 5% on continuing concern about the impasse between the US and Iran I covered my short positions. Thinking trump would not allow things to fester over the w/e. I guessed right.

IMO this is going to embolden Iran. No pun intended but they have trump over a barrel unless their control over the Strait ends.

When the Dow closed down almost 500 points today and oil rose about 5% on continuing concern about the impasse between the US and Iran I covered my short positions. Thinking trump would allow things to fester over the w/e. I guessed right.

IMO this is going to embolden Iran. No pun intended but they have trump over a barrel unless their control over the Strait ends.

It's beyond ridiculous, he's even claiming "the Iranians requested it", as if the Iran leadership would call trump and ask "please Mr. Trump, can you hold off on that infrastructure bombing please until April the 6th? we'd be ever so grateful".
