When did I say different? I said they couldn't hit an elephant in the ass with a bass fiddle if they were sitting on it!

Their missiles have shitty guidance systems which is why they are missing military targets and hitting office buildings in Dubai. Attacking civilian targets is either accidental or incredibly stupid. Based on past history, I am rating that a 50/50 proposition.
