Years ago I saw a live demonstration by a world class quick draw artist.
He would have a volunteer from the audience stand in front of him and hold their hands with the palms facing each other about 6 inches apart.
He then told the person to quickly clap their two hands together whenever they were ready.
Every time, in the blink of an eye, the quick draw artist would have his gun between the person's hands before they could clap them together.
