My guess is, looked and was violent and unprovoked, but no arrests as the asshole got away and injuries did not hospitalize other than for treat and release at ER. In Maryland they are allowing more law abiding citizens to get conceal carry permits for one. Yeah, it means more shootings, but then the bad guy ends up dead and no repeat offenders..I know, i know, how will it be justified? I have no problem with private citizens carrying concealed. I just favor carrying, trained, background checked, range qualified, and with a permit, if the assholes in charge at state and local would not FK up the process by trying to make it a money making venture, so normal people didn't have to pay out the ass to legally exercise their rights.In Maryland they are allowing more law abiding citizens to get conceal carry permits for one. Cost me 100 dollars for my conceal carry permit, also since i was a veteran, i was able to get the certificate in two weeks, while my daughter who also had the training, took her two months.
