What a ridiculous analysis.

First of all, the use of the word “torture” is dubious. Granted, they tried to split hairs. But they also still tried to exclude “torture” per se.

Secondly, who gives a rat’s ass what Gonzalez says? His saying that the use of enhanced interrogation techniques on captured enemy combatants (meaning al qaeda) was lawful isn’t considered persuasive; but when he says some stupid shit about how Trump “should” get prosecuted, suddenly he has credibility? ??

This isn’t rocket surgery.

First things first. Maybe (and go ahead and call it “spit-balling”), one should be able to identify an actual crime allegedly “committed” by President Trump BEFORE one argues that he “needs” to be prosecuted.
