And if she does not say no then IMHO she has waived her right to an abortion because she has voluntarily participated in the act of conception. I do think that rape and incest plus cases where the mother's health is at serious risk ought to be considered as exceptions, but otherwise a new life has begun with his or her own separate but equal rights to life.
