I guess that it is considered okay when a person decides to share shots of their own body. What the guy is guilty of is sharing pictures of other people and without the permission of those people.

P.S. My only question is why were there any pictures of them people to begin with in the first place? I will admit that right now I don't have the most perfect figure, but even if I did, there still wouldn't be any nude pictures of me out there anywhere ever, not until I was abducted and of course photographed in such a way against my will.
