A 91-year-old in the UK was stranded for two days on her bedroom floor after taking a spill – and survived by eating soil from her potted plant, according to a report.
Doctors said Rosemary Frank was about six hours from death when she was rescued Oct. 13 by a volunteer driver who checked on her when she missed her regular ride to a hair salon, the Mirror reported.
After falling at her home in Kempsey, Worcestershire, the retired physiotherapist said she remembered waking up in a pile of dirt after eating soil from her Madagascan Dragon Tree.
