A viral TikTok shows Las Vegas police officers pulling over the wrong car and apparently cuffing the Black driver anyway.

Let me splain somethin' to you, Biff----

What if that wrong guy turned out to be a serial killer being looked for in a nationwide manhunt and they just turned him loose and lost him, can you imagine if they had a really bad guy and it came out the cops just released him?

So even though he was the wrong car and not the guy they were looking for, they still have to ascertain who you are and run your license to make sure they are not about to let go Public Enemy #1.
