Actually the baker did sell the product. The baker sold wedding cakes, the customers wanted a wedding cake and were refused.

He did refuse to sell them a product he sold. There is no argument that he sold wedding cakes. Colorado laws requires that full and equal access to goods and services, not a subset of goods and services.
